Automatically teach the system to recognize new ticket emails

 

 

Why?

 

For the financial system to work, every ticket must first be registered in Tickets In. Sometimes, new ticket formats won’t be picked up automatically.

 

To fix this, just forward the email and the system will learn from it.

 

 

What to Do

 

If a ticket doesn’t show up after 15 minutes:

 

  1. Go to: https://www.teddstickets.com/tickettools

  2. Check the Tickets In section

  3. If it’s missing, forward the original email to:

 

📩 addtodb@robot.zapier.com

 

 

What Happens

 

  • The ticket is added to the system DB ✅

  • A custom keyword is generated for future detection

  • You get a confirmation email with details

 

 

How to Update the Filter in Zapier

 

You’ll get a keyword string in the confirmation email —

or you can copy the latest version below.

 

To update (Master account for system is needed):

 

  1. Log in to zapier.com

  2. Go to Zaps → Folders → PROD → V2.2 (Link to Folder

  3. Open the Zap you want to update (email handle)

  4. Click Edit on step 1: New Email Matching Search

  5. Replace the search string with the one below

  6. Hit Publish
